This video pretty much hits the nail on the head in terms of identifying and slamming just about every cliche there is in mountain-biking films. Really, though, their critiques apply to a wide genre of outdoor films, from climbing to kayaking to skiing. I’ve seen these cliched, formulaic tricks before. I’ve done many of them myself. And I gotta tip my hat to the people at NSMB.com for so cleverly, humorously and creatively calling everyone out. Their Vimeo Staff Pick distinction is well deserved.
