Pick up the new issue of Rock & Ice for a nice little profile on Hayden Kennedy and his recent project, illustrated by one of my images of Hayden in China. I've had the good fortune over the past year to work on several projects with Hayden, a true climbing prodigy and offspring of royalty of the sport. Along with these projects has come the opportunity to learn more about and become better acquainted with his parents. Michael Kennedy is a very accomplished alpinist and one of the most influential figures in the history of climbing publications. Julie Kennedy is the founder of the 5 Point Film Festival and knows EVERYONE in the climbing world. It's always a pleasure to work with an inspiring person, but it's a rare treat to be inspired by an entire family.
