Nikon has just published “Guide to Digital DSLR Photography”. Packaged with your new camera, this well written booklet is full of tips and images from members of the Nikon family. I’m proud to have a few of my images featured here, including a rare look at the man behind the scenes, my Studio Director, Blaine Deutsch, along with his daughter Kalyn.
As I learned many years ago, no camera will take great pictures by itself. Learn to use all its features and understand what makes up a well-composed image. Then, when you have all the rules committed to memory, forget every one of them, go out there and have fun! This is how the most creative images come about.
