We’ve all heard people claim they read Playboy “just for the articles”. Here’s a reason to make good on that claim. The September 2010 issue featured the story of rock climber/BASE jumper/good friend Dean Potter. Amongst all of the issue’s other images (which most definitely have nothing to do with outdoor adventure) are two of my images of Dean’s record setting flight from the Eiger, and an image from our early days together at the Needles, California. (Side note – Dean remained fully clothed for both shoots).
