The newest Mountain Gear catalog features my image of Bob Porter climbing Zodiac in Yosemite National Park. This image is of special importance to me, as I credit Bob for introducing me to the world of climbing. Nearly 20 years ago, he had to courage to rope up with an un-experienced 13 year old. For this, I am eternally grateful, as that day set the course for the rest of my life. Thanks Bob!

Thats what makes the people in the outdoor world so awesome. Sharing a sport like climbing, kayaking or mountaineering with other brings a little joy to the sport.
