Mac|Life - The 20 Hottest Mac Dudes

I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw myself on this list…

In keeping with the theme of year end "best of" lists, Mac|Life posted this feature defining their choices for "…the hottest Mac-addicted guy geeks".

I'm not quite sure how I made the cut, but must say that I'm very humbled to be in such great company. My fellow Mac Dudes include, apparently in no particular order; Barack Obama, Jon Stewart, Bono, Trent Reznor, Thom Yorke, Tony Hawk, Kelly Slater, His Holiness The Dalai Lama, John Mayer, David Bowie and the King of Mac, Steve Jobs.

To defend their picks, the writer states "…we’re not defining appeal by age, winning tickets in the genetic jackpot, or whatever happens to float your personal boat. We picked them because they like Macs and have interesting lives, period."

Nike ACG - China

Images from last year's trip to China are now appearing in Nike ads around the world. The ad above appeared on the back cover Huck, one of Europe's top action sports publications.

I'm looking forward to my next China trip in 2010 to a top secret location. Stay tuned for more details!

Nikon - TV Commercial & Print Ad

I'll be the first to admit, I am much better off behind the lens than in front of it. Nonetheless, I've just had my first starring role!

In a joint venture, Nikon and National Geographic Adventure have produced a TV commercial and print ad featuring me and my work. This was a great project, as it allowed me to work with my great friend Tommy Caldwell, and learn a lot along the way. It has also been great to be so warmly welcomed as part of the Nikon family. These new cameras are amazing!
